Admin Officer
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer the incoming phone calls within three rings
• Check e-mail on a regular basis
• Accept the internal mail from company sites for head office staff
• Order stationery for head office staff
• Order printer/fax, cartridges/toners for head office and company sites
• Purchase airline tickets and make hotel reservation
• Liaise with company IT responsible person for all IT issues at head office
• Assist Director in receiving guests at head office
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required by HR Coordinator or upper management
• Do not discuss or disseminate company’s confidential matters or any companies internal information

Qualifications:
• University degree
• Excellent spoken and written in English, Azeri and Russian languages.
• Good Computer skills
• Team player, discipline, energy and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadline.
