The successful candidates should have:
• Bachelors degree
• Good oral and written skills in Azerbaijani and English
• Ability to work in a team
• Ensure Health & Safety Responsibilities are adhered to and understood
• Previous experience in HR is desirable
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Maintenance of all personnel files
• All department filling
• HR documentation scanning
• Personnel Director database update
• Arranging the interviews
• Booking the conference rooms
• Maintenance of “Next of Kin” information
• Preparation of HR induction paperwork
• Providing support to HR team as required
• Any additional administrative support as required
