External Relations Manager-Azerbaijan
Description
In everyday work, External Relations nourishes a variety of strong and trustworthy relationships with stakeholders that can be leveraged to build and protect the business as well as the reputation of P&G and its brands.
ER Manager is expected to be proficient in five core skills;
• building, maintaining and leveraging superior stakeholder relationships,
• leading proactive and influential communications,
• preventing & managing issue/crisis,
• developing him/herself as strategic counsel & leader,
• developing & executing effective brand PR programs.
ER Manager effectively leverages these skills to manage strategies to build and sustain a positive image of P&G and its brands with all relevant external stakeholders including industry/professional associations, scientific/technical institutions, media, key governmental and non-governmental organizations.
During your career, depending on your key responsibility areas you will represent the company and its brands vis-à-vis many of these external stakeholders. Your challenge is to be the company's ambassador managing diverse external environment and teaming up with other functions.
