International Oil & Gas Firm is looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the Customer Service Specialist position.
Job description:

• Act as the focal point between customers and external sales by providing quotation, order, administrative, logistic, marketing and sales support;
• Determine customer requirements in order to specify products and solutions during tender stage and also order processing stage when successful in the bid;
• Accurately process customer tender and order;
• Working with the supply chain organization and engineering function to maintain efficient tender and order processing;
• Coordinate customer’s order schedule as required;
• Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed in conjunction with the Shipping department;
• Maintain filing according to company policy;
• Manage time, meet personal goals & work effectively with other members of the Sales Administration team;
• Follow company’s policy & procedure as expected;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
• Diploma from a recognized education institute;
• At least 2 years of working experience in industrial sales administration or equivalent;
• Good team player, with an enthusiastic & proactive attitude;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good organization skills and communication skills;
• Must have ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;
• Dependability, thoroughness and neatness in fulfilling assigned work responsibilities;
• Proven interpersonal skills and flexible concerning daily businesses activities;
• Ability to perform required responsibilities under minimal supervision;
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office Applications and SAP a plus.
