Main Accountability:

• Training and supervising staff (reception team, membership administrator and SMM)
• To carry out competitor analysis on a regular basis in order to provide information, this will be used positively in the selling of our memberships. Analysing other competitors up to the trend and see where we can improve in our services.
• Setting daily, weekly and monthly sales, revenue and retention goals and monitoring the club’s performance towards goals. Surpassing monthly sales projections.
• Ensure all possible markets are effectively targeted and promote business through face to face meetings.
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans (sales & marketing), scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies. Working with other departments for the constant feedbacks from the members and improvements.
• Responsible for the administration of membership paperwork and to ensure that it is processed accordingly. Responsible for the management of the membership database and sales systems (TNG). Conclude contracts with corporate clients.
• Create and promoting existing promotions.
• Provide all statistical and reporting information to General Manager (KPI)
