RESPONSIBILITIES:

- maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact with visitors, customers, and suppliers in person, online and by phone.
- welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing
- coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- ensures proper flow of office procedures and the office directors by carrying out common office duties.
- hotel reservations (domestic),
- purchasing products for office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- overseeing the kitchen, including cleaning during the day, other additional services, including support for office staff.
- performing other relevant duties when needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven 1 year experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English ("intermediate" level and above)
