Position: HR Coordinator
Requirements for this position:
• University degree in Management or HR (International background is preferable)
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in HR Management and Development
• Excellent language skills: Azeri, English and Russian
• High standard use of MS Office applications
• Able to cope with cultural differences
• Target oriented and resistant to overcome difficulties
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong understanding of employment law
Long description: the duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Coordinate and respond to all the HR related issues and complains.
• Good knowledge of HR quality initiatives such as Labor Law, Social Protection, HR policies and procedures, HR management guidelines.
• Preparing reports for management based on HR activities and statistic reports for external control organizations.
• Compiles, monitors and tracks all statistics, reports, analyzes based on HR Management
• Preparation of Notices and Warning Letters
• Preparing / updating / keeping in order personnel files, including resumes, contracts, appraisal, personnel action forms, sick leave records, complaints records, disciplinary actions, organizing staff trainings; records of training given/ courses attended, job descriptions, etc;
• Daily and monthly leave balance, absent and sick reports for all project staff
• Collecting, checking and filing of timesheets, Insure accurate Time & Attendance reporting;
• Documentation for the foreign employees (getting individual permission) ;
• Prepare quarterly reports to be submitted to Employment Fund
• Preparing employment agreements.
