The Social Fund for Development of IDPS (SFDI) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an implementing agency for “IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan, announces the following vacancy:
- Procurement Manager Assistant
Requirements and Qualifications:
1) Education
• Higher education (bachelor degree) in either economics, business administration, engineering or management;
2) Experience and Knowledge
• At least 3 years of work experience;
3) Other necessary skills
• Fluency in Azeri and good level of English;
• Good computer skill (MS Windows, MS Excel, Word).
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011).
Elligible candidates should submit their CVs and copies of their diplomas to attention of S. Ahmadov, Deputy Director of SFDI at the address below not later than 29 August, 2012, by 18.00.
