Personal Assistant to Managing Partner

General Purpose:

To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to Managing Partner, helping him to manage his time.
Requirements:
1. The candidate must have a university degree.
2. The candidate must have experience in an administration/executive assistant/PA role in a highly pressurized environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (essential).
3. The candidate must have fluent Azeri, Russian and English Languages.
4. The candidate must have knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
5. The candidate must have proficient knowledge in office administration, an understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
6. The candidate must demonstrate the following skills: team building, analytical and problem solving skills, decision making skills, effective verbal and listening communications skills, stress management skills, time management skills.
7. The candidate must have the following personal attributes: be honest and trustworthy, be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, demonstrate sound work ethics.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Must follow the daily calendar of Managing Partner.
2. Must provide transportation.
3. Organize flights and business trips.
4. General administrative and clerical support.
5. Prepare letters and documents.
6. Schedule appointments.
7. Organize meetings
