Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in IT or Telecommunications);
2- 3 year experience in Telecommunications;
English and Russian (pre-Intermediate), Azerbajani (fluent);
Excellent MS Office skills;
Troubleshooting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meets deadlines
Strong analytic skills
Job Description:
To be responsible for installation, implementation, integration, operations and maintenance of following equipments;
SGSN
GGSN
Other assigned platforms
Daily activities to keep PS Core network up and running (analyzing of alarms, KPIs reports etc.)
To be responsible for restoring responsible platforms from fresh BackUp anytime
Analyzes and provides solutions to the problems encountered on the network
To contribute to acceptance of new installed nodes, equipments
Traffic analyzing by taking traces on different interfaces using traffic analyzers and by gathering statistics
To be responsible for execution of approved work orders and solutions from engineering department as well as from vendor support to problems encountered on the network
To ensure no any changes in the responsible platforms without work order
Regular controlling of network KPI’s and to start immediate investigation for root cause and initiate action plan for improvement of worth KPI’s
Responsible for core network (SGSN/GGSN/other assigned platform) uptime per node according to company defined target
Responsible for core network (SGSN/GGSN/other assigned platform) platforms failures/problems solution according to company defined target timeframe
Resolving network problem and to work on own initiative
Implementing interconnection with different PS Core networks (GPRS roaming)
Willingness and ability to learn and develop;
