Requirements:

• Higher Education in Telecommunications/IT/Electronic Engineering and other relevant technical fields;
• At least 7 years of experience in Telecommunication domain and involving on Business Analysis, Solution Development;
• Business development experience in Telco Business;
• Working effectively within a team, taking strategic direction from opportunity owners and considering inputs from team members;
• Must be able to think strategically and plan effectively; yet possess a detail-oriented, hands-on approach to managing;
• Should be results-oriented with an ability to operate with a high sense of urgency;
• Process mapping and workflow design experience in Visio;
• Process Control experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Excellent MS Office skills;
• Free of military obligation;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English (fluent);

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting commercial and technical departments’ requirements for new or existing product portfolio with efficient processes and in line with corporate strategy and develop high level architecture for each products or requirements. Areas of main focus includes: accountable to drive, analysis and develop solutions for new requirements receiving from commercial and technical departments, He/She is also accountable for internal communication regarding process improvement accomplishments and how they better enable the business, transforming business needs to technical understanding;
• Responsible for collecting approved commercial or technical requirements for existing or new product; Analysis cost / time / complexity / revenue effects and rank the project based on the define rules. Communicate with responsible departments and develop and design high level structure of the requirement in technical perspective; present it to steering committee for further approval;
a. Develop High Level Design document;
b. Responsible for collection and preparation of requirements for RFP/RFI/RFQ documents based on HLD document in case of requirement is not available in the network;
c. Create of RFP/RFI/RFQ preparation team from different departments for new product requirements;
• Responsible for collecting business planning, budget plans, business forecasting for each requirements;
• Collecting further investment planning from technical departments; align with commercial roadmap and create technical roadmap which covers commercial roadmap;
• Align with Vodafone Global Roadmap for enterprise solution and create product portfolios for enterprise domain;
• Develop customized solutions for Enterprise customers;
• Prepare formal reports for senior management for presenting potential projects/ opportunities / gaps / financial impacts / degree of the projects and technology roadmap;
• Participates in the Finance and Commercial and Technology governance committees, with focus on keeping the process simple, standard and scalable;
• Lead Business Analysts and Technical Architects;


Main managerial responsibilities

• Cascade company  strategies, targets, and priorities down to employees and contribute to identification of Company strategies and priorities;
• To plan group’s budget and headcount parallel to department, company and company short and long term strategies, priorities and targets to realize department activities and hire right people in the right time
Identify group targets in line with department targets, strategies and priorities and individual targets of employees in line with group targets with the participation of the group team and coordinate the implementation of job targets;
• Create control mechanisms;
• Measure, reward and disciplinary punish the performance toward  company policies and Values, as well as determine development areas of employee and plan relevant development activities;
• Plan development activities on determining employees’ development areas;
• Provide workload distribution and accurate job designs in parallel with company strategy, individual competencies and targets of employees in the division/group designated to;
• Identify employee grades and adjust salaries according to the performance results and as required by internal procedures;
• Suggest structural changes within group when necessary to provide effective execution of work and business targets in line with department and company targets, strategies and priorities;
• Execute group activities in consistent with internal procedures existing in company, confidentiality policy and government legislation;
• Improve all existing internal systems when necessary;
