Position :PA (Personal Assistant ) to CEO
Location :Baku, Azerbaijan
Requirements:
• Higher education
• Experience: min 2 years in PA position and / or in Administrative position or relevant field.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Proven experience in office management and strong administrative and organizational skills
• Business Communication
• Ability to in flexible working hours
• Fluent in spoken and written English with an excellent command of written and spoken Azerbaijani, Turkish and Russian;
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.);
Job Description:
• Organizing CEO weekly and monthly schedule, meeting arrangements, keeping files orderly, documentation and archiving documents.
• Co-ordinate all transportation required for business and personal purposes, accompany the CEO on business trips as necessary
• Coordinating company guests’ arrival and departure, organizing sightseeing, and handling hotel reservations through the travel agencies, hotel accommodations, issuing tickets, with appropriate control, filling and expense reports to finance department.
• Administrative duties: interdepartmental communication and reporting, preparation of outgoing documents.
• If and when requested , Organizing meetings, presentations & keeping meeting minutes
