The Social Fund for Development of IDPS (SFDI) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an implementing agency for “IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan, announces the following vacancy:
- Deputy Procurement Manager
Requirements and Qualifications:
1) Education
• A university degree in the area of economics, business management, engineering or management (minimum bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred);
2) Experience and Knowledge
At least 1 years of experience in procurement, preferably in World Bank or other donor funded projects;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani Procurement Rules;
3) Other necessary skills
Fluency in Azeri and good level of English;
Good computer skill (working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Excel, Word).
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011).
