The Opportunity

Tax Senior Consultant - Corporate Tax

The Role
 Anticipate & efficiently resolve complex tax issues for local and multinational clients;
 Advise on effective tax and legal structuring;
 Support to clients with tax and social insurance audits;
 Tax due diligence and health check;
 Assistance with set up accounting and tax compliance systems of the clients;
 Transaction tax support and advise;
 International tax treaty advise;
 Take primary responsibility in creating & maintaining successful client relationships including generating new business from existing clients & attracting new clients;
 Ensure high quality of the technical expertise, aim to exceed client expectations with respect to deliverables;
 Take opportunity to promote & offer to clients other TLS specialty groups services;
 Ensure compliance of activities with technical & risk management requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 Excellent technical knowledge: expertise in local and international taxation / finance;
 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
 Tax/Finance experience with international organizations;
 Commitment to work;
 Leadership & team working;
 Good knowledge of local business environment and community;
 Strong presentation & influencing skills;
 Excellent project management skills;
 Fluent English, Russian and Azeri, good business writing skills.
