Responsibilities:

- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Replace or updating computer items
- Install and configure hardware and software components
- Repair or replace damaged hardware
- Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
- Install and upgrade antivirus software
- Travel to client sites
- Perform tests on new hardware and software
- Define software, hardware and network requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or related field, preferred
- Cisco and Microsoft certifications, preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferred
- Basic knowledge of networking and Windows 7, 10 OS and Windows Server 2012, 2016
- Experience troubleshooting systems
- Skilled in database programming and software installation
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware
- Language: Azerbaijani, Russian, English is preferred

Working days: Monday-Friday: 09:00-18:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 16:00

Salary: - 400-800 AZN
