Currently, We are looking for experienced Contractor Engineer to join our new project team, who is under the direction of Commercial Manager going to be responsible for;

- Management of contractual relationships with Contractor throughout the entire project lifecycle including tendering, design, construction and commissioning phases. Administer and implement the contract document terms and conditions, manage and maintain costs for the project including design change management to ensure completion of project within budget and on time.

In this respect, he should carry out following duties , but not limited to

- To prepare commercial & legal part of tendering documents
- To ensure Contractor follows all contractual terms & conditions, by enforcement of Client’s contractual rights.
- Monitor progress of the project works and produce Earned Value Analysis Reports
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports for Client by summarizing the overall status of project
- Analyze and Estimate the Cost impact of Design Changes
- Contractor’s Monthly Interim Payment Valuation

Qualifications

- The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a similar role particularly in FIDIC conditions of contract for construction administration and site supervision; with degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or similar
- The ideal candidate shall have an expert level understanding of contract and procurement tools and techniques and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent Customer facing skills
- Ability to produce work of presentable quality
