Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Engineer

We are Construction Management and Design Company providing full scale of Project Management services for our Client in construction of high-rise building.

The Cost Engineer we are looking for is going to be responsible for;

- Administer and implement the contract document terms and conditions, manage and maintain costs for the project including design change management to ensure completion of project within budget.

In this respect, he should carry out following duties , but not limited to

- Undertake measurement activity to initially establish a benchmark and BOQ based upon the definitive design
- Monitor progress of the works and regular consolidation of those progress into budget to monitor the construction cost against budget
- Analyze and Estimate the Cost impact of Design Changes
- Contractor’s Monthly Interim Payment Valuation
- Prepare Monthly Earned Value Analysis Report

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years Cost / Quantity Surveying experience in field of construction (high rise building is preferred)
- Fluent in English with professional proficiency
- Major in Civil / Architectural Engineering or similar
