Duties:

- Build and manage client databases (updates and segmentation)
- Compile and communicate periodical performance reports
- Create and propose various loyalty activities
- Liaison with digital marketing and call center
- Supervise and analyze automated marketing campaigns

Requirements:

- Basic Marketing knowledge
- Advanced analytical skills
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Client-oriented thinking
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages (Intermediate or Advanced level of English is an advantage)
- Advanced user of MS Office programs (Excel is priority)
- Experience with CRM-oriented software
