Data Processing and Roaming Services Engineer

This group is part of Billing and Charging unit, which is responsible for the support of MO's billing systems. The Data Processing and Roaming Services group processes number of data in a variety of systems.

Key Responsibilities

The main job responsibilities of Data Processing and Roaming Services Engineer will include:

•Running and controlling the batches
•Opening support requests to the vendors and finding solution
•Pre-billing checking of the data which should be billed
•Preparing monthly Finance and Roaming usage reports
•File exchange with Roaming Operators and providing roaming tests
•Creating/updating necessary configurations for the Ericsson Multi-Mediation (Billing Mediation) and controlling it

Required Skills and Experience

•University degree (Computer and Math related majors are preferable)
•Windows and UNIX operation systems
•Programming knowledge in any language
•Oracle SQL/PLSQL
•Oracle Pro*C (preferable)
•ASN.1 and BER
•Shell scripting and programming in awk environment
•1 year of work experience in related fields
•Language skills: Azerbaijani - fluent, Russian & English - upper intermediate
