Key accountabilities:
• Coordinate internal and external technical resources, vendors, and suppliers for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop, control, and manage project delivery plan.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks.
• Perform effective stakeholder management, ensure that project is delivered as per expectation of key stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Control and manage changes affecting project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Experience & Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Certification in PMP, Professional Project Manager.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages.
• Good command of MS office, MS Projects, AutoCad.
