Position: HR manager
Employer: Hotel
Key responsibilities:
• Creating HR procedures of the Company;
• Recruiting and staffing;
• Placement of job vacancies in job searching websites;
• Adaptaition of employers;
• Conducting employee evaluation;
• Maintaining of the human resources information system and database of the staff,
• Preparation of labor contracts / agreements;
• Creating annual training plan for employees and coordinating trainings;
• Creating an employee's vacation plan and controlling its execution;
• Creating a database and privacies of employees;
Creating employment,vacation,discharge and other orders and references of the related person,making an employee's vacation plan etc
Required qualifications:
• Minimum Experience – 2 years;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English;
