The Social Fund for Development of IDPS (SFDI) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, an implementing agency for “IDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development  and the Government of Azerbaijan, announces the following vacancy:

Procurement Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

1) Education
Higher education (minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree preferred) in either economics, business administration, engineering or management;

2) Experience and Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience of management of procurement processes, preferably in World Bank or other donor funded projects;
- Knowledge of Azerbaijan Procurement Rules;

3) Other necessary skills
- Fluency in Azeri and English;
- Good computer skills (knowledge of MS Windows, MS Excel, Word).

Consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (January 2011).
