Responsibilities:
• Conducting Market Research and coming up with business development ideas and plans to grow Company Revenue and improve profitability
• Developing and managing strategic partnership with Finance, Project Management and Technical teams
• Formulating and exercising marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to ensure achievement of financial objectives, products and services, and update plans in agile way
• Implementing sales and marketing strategies as well as plans for on-going and new products
• Building relationship with third parties to ensure implementation of the plans
• Managing the team to reach the department/company goals
• Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management.
• Communicating the mission, values and culture of the organization
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
