Position : Business Development Manager / Cosmetics & Beauty
Control the overall business operations, supervise employees and manage inventory
- Ensure the sales growth and develop successful business
- Establish a business contacts with potential resellers
- Recruit, train, develop and motivate the employees
- Implement marketing initiatives and activities
- Organize the business in accordance with operational manual
Skills Requirements
- Female 23-40 yrs
- Good knowledge of English, Russian, Azerbaijan languages
- Ability to work on MSO programs
- “Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, plan and control
- Self-discipline person
