EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant
• Greet and assist visitors
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Open and distribute the mail
• Maintain personal files
• Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
Office Manager
• Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment
• Organizing and chairing meetings with department heads
• Take minutes at meetings and distribute
• Managing of office expenditure and budget
• Managing filing systems and correspondence
Education and Experience
• At least 3 years experience at relevant position
• University education
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Very effective organizational skills
• Effective written communications skills
• Time management skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Fluent of Azerbaijani, Russia and English
