Sales &Marketing Direktor
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow profitable revenues and market share within his/her market.
- Lead ROI positive Company outreach efforts to customers, consumers and government.
- Allocate resources and commitments amongst sales and marketing teams
- Enhance customer satisfaction for Company products and services
- Work with its Group counterparts to develop, market and sell attractive bundles and completing Group portfolio to maximize profitable growth.
- Expert on cross-platform customer/consumer value proposition (in co-operation with Group companies)
- Key contributor to product management effort (in CEO area).
- Work with 3rd party partners to maximize go to market capacity and reduce time to market.
- Lead Company demand generation activities for customers and consumers including but not limited to: broadband, data, voice and its combinations.
- Develop marketing plans to deliver value propositions based on mix of the best global practice and locally infused relevance.
- Owns the all-up consumer marketing budget and allocate against key initiatives and priorities for both direct to customer and thru channel partners
- Drive the marketing planning rhythm, including annual planning and quarterly execution
- Relationship marketing campaign or program plan
- Create client input brief for marketing and PR agency
Conduct agency briefing ;
- Conduct campaign de-brief or continuous program reporting ;
- Developing sound Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, mainly in mass market broadband;
- Prioritize and synthesize consumer feedback to leadership and corporate product development groups
- Work with consumer marketing community to share successful and unsuccessful strategies and approaches
- Refine strategies (in co-operation with Business Planning & Strategy department) based on the results/impact of consumer marketing activities
MAIN MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support in identifying of our company’s targets, vision, mission and key priorities in according to Azertekom’s strategy and communicating to employees.
- To plan the division budget and headcount assumptions.
- To identify the division targets, relevant performance indicators and provide their implementation.
- To work out control mechanisms and follow them.
- To make appropriate feedback to employees according to their performance indicators.
- To plan employees’ individual development activities according to their development areas.
- To provide the distribution of workload within the division according to the company strategy, employees’ job descriptions and individual targets.
- To identify the employees’ grades/salaries according to performance appraisal results and relevant internal procedures.
- To propose structural changes within the division in order to provide the implementation of division targets according to company strategy.
- To fulfill the existing intercompany rules; verbal/written instructions given by CEO.
- To keep coordination with other divisions.
- Additional tasks as requested will be done
- Provision of confidentiaity of the corporate data; Provision of passwords confidentiality.
