Applications’ operation group

The Applications’ operation group is dealing with testing, acceptance, further maintenance and complaint handling on software developed or bought by MO.

Key Responsibilities

•Test new and modified SW on meeting requirements and find out bugs
•Accept developed and bought software for maintenance
•Complaint handling concerning to tested SW
•Identify improper behavior of accepted applications
•Create and support of night processes on applications maintenance
•Detect data inconsistency and resolve it
Reporting Responsibilities
The Application Operation Specialist will report to Application Operation Management group head.

Required Skills and Experience

•Higher education in computer science, mathematics or similar fields
•Software development experience not less than 2 years
•Experience in Java, PL/SQL and Shell scripting is highly preferable
•Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS is must
•Being initiative, have analytical skills, durable, detail-orientation
•Language skills: Azerbaijani or Russian - fluent, English - upper intermediate
