Requirements:

- Must have 5 years + experience working in hospitality industry
- Passionate about increasing sales & leading a team
 -Implement the marketing plan in each venue and ensure budget targets are met
- Development and implementation of digital marketing plans
- Generate sales strategies that grow market share and the brands reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Identify new business opportunities in each venue and manage the sales funnel
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Planning and execution of events in each venue in conjunction with the management teams. Coordination of event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising, production and organize distribution of same
- Supervise and coordinate with event contractors
- Broaden social networking to benefit the group
- Ensure branding guidelines are adhered to
 -Report weekly/monthly to the company Manager
- Other duties within this realm as directed and required

- Well-developed communication, organization, leadership skills and attention to detail
- Energetic, organized and business driven approach is essential
- Flexible schedule to attend weekend events
- Enjoys new challenges and thinks outside the box
- Strong communication skills required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Financial acumen to manage the financial viability of events
- A degree in Marketing and/or Event Management is essential
- Knowledge of the various forms of social media and how they can be optimized for events & driving sales
- Digital Marketing certificate – but not essential
- Ideal candidate will have some graphic design knowledge
- Some photographic/Video experience would be a plus – but not required
- Strong experience in using MS office
- Must be willing to travel between the Baku the Nabran area
- Flexible and some weekend work may be required
