is looking for a HSE Officer

Safety Responsibilities:

• Employee has an obligation to stop work that is unsafe.
• Employee should work in accordance with the HSE Policy (no accidents, no harm to people, no damage to the environment
• Employee should follow relevant rules of 8 BP Golden Rules of Safety & AAS-EKOL Employee Safety Book
• Employee should follow “AAS-EKOL” LLC working procedures, including use of proper PPE


Job Responsibilities:

• Addressing all safety issues that arise, including the implementation of alternations in company polices.
• To ensure that the site operatives are working within the company policies and procedures.
• To follow Permit to Work, BOSS/SOC procedures for relevant work
• Perform internal audit on site
• Examine and conduct personnel training assessment and proficiency
• Participate on a daily tool-box meetings and reinforce the HSE compliance
• Ensure that the company policies are posted at visible points
• Control and operate the site environmental policy.
• Ensure communication of all relevant HSE procedures to suppliers and contractors
• Respond, in conciliation with the QHSE Coordinator, to internal site and external inquires related to Health and Safety.
• Passing all information about developing audits to HSE Manager.

Reporting requirements:

• To make sure no new operations are done without Risk Assessment
• To conduct weekly safety meetings, drills and site inspections
• Submit Weekly HSE Report to QHSE Coordinator
• Submit Monthly Safety Input Record Sheet
• Submit Monthly BOSS/SOC report
• Do not discuss or disseminate company’s confidential matters or any companies’ internal information.

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience
• Good languages skills in: English, Azeri, Russian
• Computer skills
• Good Medical Condition, good eye-sight
• Hard and dynamic worker
• Excellent interpersonal skills
