Sales area:

1. Responsible for managing the teams, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets.
2. Assist in the development of the annual plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
3. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual territory sales and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
4. Responsible for the planning, direction, organization and control of Field Force Managers and Medical representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
5. Personally observe the performance of Field Force Managers and Medical representatives in the field on a regular basis.
6. Coaching of Field Force Managers in various aspects of management (eg, budgets, resource allocation).

Marketing area:

1. Provide significant input into the annual marketing plan, specifically: sales forecasts for each product (taking into consideration past history, market trends, competitive activity and required sales effort), allocation of expenses between products (taking into consideration stage in product life cycle, potential for future growth and profit contribution, potential competitors), required sales promotion program (taking into consideration marketing strengths relative to competitors, selling opportunities and customers’ needs and attitudes) and the marketing materials needed to accomplish the goals.
2. Coaching of Product Managers in various aspects of management (eg, budgets, resource allocation).

Requirements to candidate:

1. Age: 30-45
2. As minimum 3 years successful proven experience at mentioned position in the pharmaceutical business.
3. Excellent mentoring , coaching and people management skills.
4. Attention to details, planning & organizing, high energy, result focus.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian languages. English- intermediate.
6. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
7. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Commerce, MBA would be preferred.

Conditions:

1. Remuneration: 2500 -3500 AZN.
