Job Accountabllities/Key Responsibllities:

• Management book keeping, posting of manual journal entries, including, but not limited to expense claims, banks, inventory, FA & depreciations, accounts receivables, accounts payables, import & export procedures, payroll bookings, income & cost accruals and general ledger;
• Support in the internal & external audit process;
• Analysis of ОРЕХ and САРЕХ;
• То be а key contact person with outsource company for statutory accounting bookings and Тах Return fillings for on time regulatory reporting;
• Preparation of monthend folders and balance sheet reconciliations;
• Communication with bank authorities;
• Assistance to FC in preparation of management reports;
• Other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

∙ University degree in Economics, Business Administration or related departments;
∙ 3 + years experience performing similar duties;
∙ Accurate and exceptional attention to details;
∙ Familiar with other information systems (i.e. ERP.);
∙ Team player with strong organizational and analytical-reporting skills, effeGtive and good communication ability;
∙ Competent in all MS applications, using Excel with efficiency;
∙ Ability to handle and finalize multiple priorities simultaneously;
∙ Intermediate level of Russian and good knowledge of English
