Sales Specialist

POSITION PURPOSE

Coordinate the dealers in the field of responsibility to ensure effective communication and cooperation between Azerinteltek and Dealer by making regular visits.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

•To make regular visits to the dealers,

◦To control usage of POP materials

◦To follow up dealers’ financial performances and inform them about their status

◦To inform dealers about ongoing projects and their targets if there’s any

◦To give training about terminal and new games

◦To audit dealers according to legal standards (age restrictions etc)

◦To take photos of dealers (especially in address changes)

•To follow up the payments of dealers

•To inform the dealers about updates of products & services , sales & marketing activities, campaigns etc. provided by company

•To determine and report the inappropriate dealers in accordance to company procedures and standards.

•To manage new dealership process in the area of responsibility,

◦To control the address

◦To measure the distance with the nearest dealer and report

•To manage new dealership process in area of responsibility

•To make the first visit of dealer after installation of terminal and execute on the terminal and game training,

•To prepare necessary information, special analysis or reports from the field in case of necessity.

•To provide information about competitors’ ongoing activities to Sales Support team

•To check illegal dealers, collect evidence and report

•To measure the distance of transferred dealer and prepare necessary reports

•To give consultancy to dealers about improvement of technological and physical environment of the shops in order to increase sales volume

•To follow and review and financials, cancel dealership agreement if it is inefficient

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

•To perform cross functional tasks such as participating to surveys, business excellence projects, company activities etc.

•To act in accordance with the company rules and regulations.MAJOR

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

•To be in compliance with the sales volume targets.

•To be in compliance with the sales area targets.

•To be in compliance with the sales and brand area targets.

•To be compliance with the market penetration targets.

•To be in compliance with the field sales route plan.

•Detailed know-how about updates of products & services, sales & marketing activities, campaigns etc.
