Technical Clerk

Job Description


• Responsible for accurate preparation and filing of all Purchase Orders (both in Maximo and Call-offs) for materials and equipment, incoming and outgoing to/from the Warehouse in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Ensuring that all material documentation is accurately processed and filed in accordance with AzSPU Materials Technical Integrity Strategy.
• Ensure that all materials are labelled and stored at the Warehouse correctly.
• Ensure that each chemical has appropriate MSDS and are subsequently stored and secured properly in accordance with safety procedures and all MSDS’s are properly filed.
• Providing support to inspection team during inspection of goods. Compiling required information from e-based Documentum and reviewing existing databases that may exist.
• Ensure that all received material has proper documentation and is correct in quantity, and documentation for materials leaving the base is accurately recorded and manifested and data bases are updated.
• Raising discrepancy reports (OS&D) for rejected materials after received goods are inspected at warehouse. Updating OS&D register. Quarantine all rejected materials by storing them in specific designated area until issues are resolved.
• Ensuring that all databases are accurately maintained and real time data and activities are processed.
• Other reasonable tasks as required by ASCO Supervision or Management


HSEQ

• Participate in “BOSS System”. Ensure compliance with BP Golden Rules, Safe Systems of Work and Operating Procedures. Check that all Warehouse personnel and visitors to the Warehouse are wearing appropriate PPE.
• Regularly attend and contribute to Toolbox Talks, Safety Meetings and general team briefs.

Customers

• Communicate and maintain good working relationship with internal/external customers
• Look for the way to improve customer service


Person Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively and be a team member, maintain effective relationship
• Ability to drive change and be innovative
• Ability to identify priorities, co-ordinate resources and manage the performance of operations activities


Essential Skills

• Experience in Data Management and Document control is an asset
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of English, Azeri and Russian
• Ability to accurately handle paperwork and documentation
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to communicate and maintain good working relationship with Client and co-workers
• Ability to coordinate and supervise the work force team


Desired Skills

• Knowledge of Maximo programme is an asset
• Operating Forklift
