Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participation in analysis, implementation and reporting of credit risks;
• Preparation daily, monthly and quarterly credit risk and portfolio analysis reports for senior management;
• Analysis of loan portfolio by different segments, vintage analysis, migration matrix;
• Forecasting of portfolio at risk, automation of reports, Defining Key Risk Indicators on loan portfolio performance;
• Development and fine-tuning of credit risk framework;
• Analysis of the Bank's new products and services for the likelihood of exposure to credit risks and making proposals for their minimization and management
• Control on the implementation and coordination of projects by appropriate departments in a timely manner;
• Construction and implementation of rating and scoring model.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field
• Corporate finance/statistics or financial accounting background (min. 2-3 years);
• Good understanding of lending process (especially in retail and micro segments);
• Good knowledge of English and Russian. Fluency in Azerbaijani is must;
• Knowledge on rating and scoring model is advantage;
• Excellent excel skills, SQL and other statistical program skills are advantage.
