Position: Branch Director
Reports to: Group Director

Responsibilities:
 Management of regional office according to legislation of Republic of Azerbaijan
 Represent the company at official meetings, to the journalists, etc.
 Development of long-term and short-term strategies and tactics for the branch development
 Management of full time and project based staff
 Establish procedures to enable smooth running of all financial aspects of the business and implement appropriate control over incoming and outgoing transactions
 Prepare monthly reports (financials, sales, projects, etc.)
 Communicate with existing and potential clients  / attraction of new clients, negotiations, accounting on current projects
 Prepare proposals, project plans and budgets
 Ensure received project are implemented as per proposal prepared for client  
 Identify number of resources required for the project and select project staff based on identified criteria
 Ensure that appropriate suppliers for office are selected and approved
 Organise contracts for office staff, clients, suppliers and other parties as required
 Ensure day-to-day management of the company.

Core competencies:
 Higher education, International MBA in Marketing or General Managementis a must.
 Professional and effective written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English languages is a must;
 3 years work experience in marketresearch or consulting industry or relevant field at managerial level;
 Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
 Active, energetic, disciplined, with the ability to lead and stimulate team;
 Proven organizational and interpersonal skills;
 Knowledge of office computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Excellent Management skills;
 Excellent presentation skills;

Salary: AZN 1500
