Administrative assistant to Director (male candidates only)
Summary
The Administrative assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the DirectorOperation Manager in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Financial Economics, Humanitarian fields;
• Proven experience of administrative work, preferable on PA position for min of 1.5-2 year
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English and good level of Russian.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• A calm and professional manner.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Ability to work under the pressure (especially overtime during summer season – 6 day a week work schedule)
Responsibilities:
• Organizing Director’s diary and making appointments.
• Dealing with letters and emails.
• Arranging meetings.
• Taking notes at meetings.
• Making travel arrangements for Manager
• Looking after visitors.
• Acting as office manager and supervising other administrative staff.
• Producing reports and presentations.
• Taking action points and writing minutes.
• Supporting, planning and organising events.
