Job description
• Provide necessary legal support for corporate governance within the Bank;
• Preparation of contracts, letters and other documents;
• Providing legal support for various banking products, researching local and foreign legislation;
• Participate in the preparation of answers to legal inquiries;
• Participate in the process of on-site investigation of legal problems in all structural units of the Bank and training of employees;
• Legal examination of all transactions signed in connection with the Bank's activities, including international treaties and agreements.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Law;
• Banking experience is an advantage;
• Fluent in Azeri language, English is an advantage;
• Knowledge of civil, labor, tax, banking legislation;
• High written and oral communication skills;
• Confidentiality, accuracy, analytical ability.
