POS Products Squad Product Owner

General information

The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of POS Products Squad Product Owner for Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve product portfolio revenue and margin targets on POS payment products;
• Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies while ensuring clear communication of the POS products strategy and progress to internal and external audiences;
• Participate in developing budgets, forecasts and metrics;
• Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables;
• P&L responsibility for products in scope;
• Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results;
• Lead the POS payments product lifecycle from concept to launch based on market research;
• Ensure product and service compliance with regulations and authoritative pronouncements;
• Create and own the product roadmap, accountable to C-level leaders, company board of directors, and other stakeholders;
• Define pricing and competitive positioning;
• Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products;
• Become the key driver of products in scope.

Background

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or relevant field is preferred;
• Previous experience in a technology intensive company, preferably in the financial sector.

Specific job skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development practices, have experience in working with teams using Scrum;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail;
• Balance a self-motivated, independent work as well as strong team spirit;
• Comfortable within a start-up environment, with a demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit;
• Fluent (both written and verbal) English.
