Quantity Surveyor

Depending on: Subcontracts and Cost Control Manager

Specific functions:

* Proposals;
* Supporting Home Office Projects;
* Supporting Team of Engineers in Construction Subcontracts Administration;
* Supporting the responsible of Quantity Survey.

Preparing technical documentation required for the submission of Proposals:

- Preliminary quantities for the calculation of direct construction man hours;
- Measurement / estimation of the measurements of all the disciplines for consultation to Subcontractors;
- Adapt the counts of the different technical Engineering departments to the prices of the Division as well as to complete the items not included by them;
- Provide definitive measurements to calculate the value of the construction;
- Attendance at clarification meeting on Proposals.

* Measurements / estimates for valuing Client change orders;
* Measurements of the IFC Project Drawings;
* Support to Cost Control Engineers to perform forecasting of subcontracts;
* Support to Subcontracts Administration Engineers on Site;
* Consolidate the measurements of the different subcontractors on site;
* Collaboration / Support Projects;
* Supporting in the elaboration of the Corporate Documentation applicable to:
- Cost Control Tools;
- Procedures, ITG, etc.
