1. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, upgrade and manage software/hardware
- Providing support, resolving technical issues and providing technical assistance internal staff
- Troubleshoot problems
- Managing applications
- Managing files and folders
- Managing devices
- Basic skills for identifying problems, the ability to use utilities such as (ping, traceroute, telnet)
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols

3. Personnel specifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field is preferred
- Experience: at least 1 year
- Language skills: Azeri native, English intermediate, Russian good to have
Additional information - working hours will be from 6:00 pm till 1:00 am (18:00-01:00)
