Position: Telecommunication Engineer
Employer: Qartal Construction Company
Main Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, information technology or related field from an accredited school and 5 years of telecommunications or networking experience.
Candidates that do not possess a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 9 years of telecommunications or networking experience.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrated knowledge to document design of systems using computer-aided drafting program or equivalent software. Demonstrated knowledge of Microwave and Radio systems, Network systems, Servers, Firewalls, Analog and SIP telephony, FO systems, Structural cabling. Demonstrated knowledge of information technology terms, equipment, systems, functions and major vendors. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills and prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Fluent in English oral and written. Having opportunity to be assigned to offshore and telecom towers.
