Job description:
ERP Business Analyst will handle a variety of responsibilities, including: developing, implementing and maintaining ERP systems, configuring functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration
with other applications, defining requirements, scope and objectives related to overall business strategies. This role requires:
- a deep understanding of business process flow in a company
- financial accounting knowledge to analyze the impact of ERP solutions on financial statements
- knowledge of ERP systems architecture and working principles
Key responsibilities:
- Translating business requirements into ERP solutions
- Developing, implementing and maintaining ERP systems
- Configuring functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications
- Collaborating with the IT team, business management, external consultants, end users and other stakeholders
- Creating user guides, training curriculum, policies and other pertinent documentation for internal and external partners
- Researching, troubleshooting and mitigating transactional and other ERP issues
- Performing business systems and workflow analysis, and disseminating technical communications
Requirements:
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT
- Relevant work experience 3-5 years
- Knowledge of accounting policies and procedure
- Good business process and ERP implementation related documentation skills
- Fluent Azerbaijani; English and Russian is an advantage
- Experience in 1C ERP or Netsis is a significant advantage; experience in other ERP systems is also acceptable
