Position: Incoming Travel Specialist/Manager
Job description
• Creating of new tour packages
• Establishing contacts with vendors
• Establishing contacts with customers and generating proposals
• Attending workshops, business seminar and travel fairs
• Arranging accommodation, transportation and other related services for guests
• Preparing daily and monthly reports
• Conducting basic market research
• Other duties as assigned
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree (preferably graduates of Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University)
• Minimum 1 year work experience in incoming travel operations
• Online reservation systems knowledge
• Business negotiation skills
• Basic math knowledges
• High communication skills
• Fluent English and Russian/ or English and second European language
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Flexibility in term of working schedule
Labour conditions
• 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00, Saturday-Sunday day off)
• Starting salary: AZN 500 + 10% commission from sales (salary can be further discussed based on experience and skills of applicant)
