Outgoing Travel/Air Tickets Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as air tickets or travel manager, coordinator, or specialist (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent time management, budget management, and vendor management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - intermediate
  • Experience with CRM/ERP software is a plus
  • Basic math skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in event planning and execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and contribute effectively to a team environment
  • Knowledge of Galileo/Amadeus GDS is a plus

Work conditions:

  • 5-day work schedule
  • Minimal salary is 700 AZN + KPI bonuses
