Technical Operations Team Lead
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in hands-on Engineering and Product Delivery with proven abilities to innovate and be creative, as well as a passion for people and experience of working with global peers and resources.
● Point person responsible for the management of all technical tasks (design, development, and implementation);
● Participate in technical design planning for system development, integration and solution deployment;
● Lead, plan and oversee the activities supporting the development and deployment of the planned solution. This includes implementation planning, release management, development planning and decision making in technical areas;
● Work with team members to identify technical blockers and develop a joint plan to close them;
● Ensure the teams deliver projects on time on acceptable standard;
● Oversee the hiring, training, and monitoring of technical operations staff;
● Lead website outsourcing process.
● Mentor and motivate a technical team to put in their best effort to improve level of performance;
● Prepare and deliver presentations on system design and implementation plan;
● And/or any other projects assigned by the Management.
What You Need to Know and Have
● 4+ Years software engineering/technical lead experience and at least 2 years hands-on team leadership;
● Strong combined technical and commercial appreciation;
● Good experience with HTML, CSS and web technologies;
● Estimation, delivery and roadmap planning;
● Experience of managing software development projects;
● Communication Skills;
● Analytical thinking;
● Detail oriented;
● Team player;
● Multitasker;
● Organizational skills;
● Fluent English.
