Vacancy: Help Desk Specialist
Main responsibilities:
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
· Configure software and hardware
· Provide End-user support (Laptops, Printers, VOIP Phones)
· Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems (Windows 10 OS)
· Provide accurate information on IT products and services
· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
· Train end-users how to set up and use new technologies
Requirements:
· Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
· Proven working experience in providing help desk support
· Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP)
· Attention to detail
· Communication skills
· Troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
