Our company is currently in a search for a candidate to fill Sales Manager (for Azerbaijan) position.

Main responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers service product/ solution.
• Sells services products to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets.
• Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements. Participates in the kick-off meeting organized by the project team.
• Provides a detailed report of risk assessment for each client.
• Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the service Sales organization.
• Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full services products offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and regular visit.
• Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers. Marketing of Value-added services to all end users.
• Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
• Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.
• Provides pre-sales and post-sales support, prepares tender documents, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiates sales and service contracts terms and conditions.
• Reviews cost and sales performance
• Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings, organizes sales meetings

Candidate requirements:

• Relevant education in business or related field.;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in planning and implementing sales strategies;
• Experience in customer relationship management;
• Strong managerial skills;
• Dedication to providing great customer service;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure and with set deadlines;
