Position Title: Account Executive
Department: Client Services Department
Reports to: Account Director
Position Summary:
Responsible for learning/knowing all the possible aspects of the clients’ business: the Pros and Cons of all clients’ marketing efforts. He/She also has to control the effectiveness of day-to-day liaison with clients to ensure successful and timely completion of projects through all communication implementations. He/She has to assist clients with developing an advertising strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Account Executive shall:
Closely follow all related activities of the Client and assist to Account Director.
Possess an understanding of the clients’ business needs, expectations and objectives.
Have the ability to understand the marketing strategies to achieve the above objectives and a broad knowledge of strategies used in other markets.
Develop presentation and communication skills demonstrated through client presentations, selling creative and media ideas, learning to listen actively to read sensitive situations accurately and prepare strategy papers.
Pay attention to the details and supervise the creative works/processes before they are prepared for print/sent to the client.
Prepare timelines and communication plans per project and control the executions by follow-upping the ongoing project implementation and controlling production and creative activities considering the above mentioned timelines and plans.
Provide timely reporting to Account Director and Clients on the ongoing projects.
Possess effective negotiation skills demonstrated through budget presentations, liaison over creative issues between client and creative department.
Secure approval of production estimates and oversees production budgets and their development.
Understand and use the Agency’s Roadmap processes
Assume responsibility for on-time invoicing and budget control through managing purchase orders, approvals.
Work closely with Agency team in identifying superior ideas.
Manage the filing process of all the projects undertaken and completed.
Education and Experience Requirements
University Degree/preferably in marketing
1-3 years of experience in Advertising / Marketing
Perfect command of English, Russian and Azeri (additional language will be an asset)
