Position: Mobilisation Manager
Job Type Full-time

The Mobilisation manager will be responsible for preparation and implementation of the mobilization plan to ensure Crescent Bay FM operations teams are fully prepared for the commencement of operations on transfer of the project from development to operations

The role will include responsibilities for creating, managing and reporting on the project plan, risk register, obligation matrices. Working within other departments where necessary, communicating and co-ordinating all mobilisation activity.

The mobilization manager shall also assist in the Handover of MEP services from, Projects and Handover team, including documentation review, inspection, IQ, and PQ validation.
Assist and participate in retail delivery operations including review of tenant drawings and documentation, monitoring tenant works and witness of tenant testing and commissioning

Responsibilities:

• Create, follow and maintain project specific FM mobilisation plan
• Execute mobilisation plan ensuring they are delivered to plan and budget and defined objectives
• Implement internal mobilisation meetings, producing and circulating meeting minutes
• Identify, communicate and document any risks identified in the mobilisation risk register
• Attend handover meetings in relation to development and mobilisation
• Keep relevant parties informed of all developments, highlighting/escalating any issues
• Where required work with key stakeholders, to maintain brand integrity through mobisilation
• Assist in the preparation of operation policies and procedures
• Coordinating all contract mobilisation activity with the stakeholders and third-party’s
• Managing a team of staff across the mobilisation process, including third-party contracts.
• Acting as the primary point of contact to the development team for any mobilisation matters.
• Assist in the tenant delivery process through the review of tenant drawings and fitout works
• Assist in the handover of the development from project team to operations, by
a. Assisting in validation of commission data
b. Review of handover documents

Requirements

Experience :

• Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Me and or management of MEP contracts
• Previous FM mobilization experience, encompassing minimum of implementation on 3 projects or retendering process
• Experience of handover of facilities from developer to operational team, with experience in commissioning and review of handover documentation
• Experience in tenant delivery process, review of tenant drawings, management of tenant contractors and review of tenant installations
• Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in operational background in a similar retail/office environment.

Knowledge of :

• Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety principles and procedures.
• Knowledge and commitment to quality management principles
• Knowledge of local trades, regulations and best practices

Skills:

• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills (Azeri and English)

Qulifications:

• Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred)
• Masters Degree in Mechanical or electrical Engineering is desirable
• Current Recognised Certificate or approved degree

Other :

• Proficiency with Microsoft works, Project including planning, resource scheduling and reporting
• Proficiency in AutoCad is desirable
