Position: HR Coordinator/Administrator

Role Purpose:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Forming and maintaining employees personnel files;
• Arrange salary cards for new employees;
• Maintain employee personnel records;
• Preparation of personnel orders such as sick and maternity leave, vacation, business trip, etc.;
• Preparation of labour agreements;
• Assist Payroll Team with timely providing timesheet records;
• Assist L&D Specialist with administering new employees on-boarding and orientation sessions;
• Assist Recruitment Team with CVs sorting;
• Conduct onboarding duties;
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective actions (if necessary);

Requirements to candidate:

• Higher Education;
• 3+ years of experience in Personnel Administration;
• Practical knowledge of 1C and e-gov system;
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload;
• Able to plan activities in short deadlines;
• Interpersonal with good communicative skills;
• Good command of Azerbaijani and Russian languages, both written and verbal; English language will be an advantage;
• Reports to HRM Manager
• Working ours from 09:00-18:00, 5 days a week.

Salary : 1,000-1,200 AZN
